Chrissy Runyan
Christiane Runyan is an EarthPeople advisor, helping clients in the areas of needs assessment and strategy. Chrissy connects EarthPeople clients with supplier affiliates and has played an instrumental role in building EarthPeople's national supplier network. She holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and is currently working on her PhD at the University of Virginia.
During the summer of 2006, Chrisssy completed a two-month research trip to Africa, traveling through South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Tanzania. Her research focused on means to reducing poverty by helping people make better use of their natural resources.
